I just realized something extremely important.

Okay:

In the original Pokemon TV show, Misty says, "Make like a tree and leave!" When I originally heard it all those years ago, I didn't get it and brushed it off.

LAST NIGHT I FINALLY GOT IT. LEAVE! LEAF! It was a completely random, unprompted flash of brilliance!

I've been meaning to make a bucket list for awhile. So over the next few months I'm going to work on it and make it pretty and add pictures and other pretty things, and hopefully that'll motivate me to start doing some of these things. Maybe?

And they have to be specific goals. I.e., "learn a new language" or "visit a foreign country" or "fall in love" are too broad.

And I think I also need to make a reading list for the upcoming summer...

Sorry, random post is random, but my love of Debussy was renewed today by my piano teacher, who played a bunch of his pieces for me today (by memory!).

ASLDFKJASFD At the end of this movie I was super disappointed, actually. WAY TOO MANY special effects to cover up for some weak acting at points. (In the first couple of movies, they didn't try to cover up the bad acting! It was endearing!) And some awkward added scenes (wtf, Weasley's house burning down).

BUT OH MY GOD THE FELIX FELICIS SCENE MADE IT ALLLLLLL BETTER. I need to watch that scene again, like, NOW. Maaaaajor cookies for Daniel Radcliffe, who for once in his life succeeded at being funny...on purpose. Aaaand Ron's love scene. Aaaaand Cormac.

I was looking forward to watching the scene with Harry and Dumbledore in the broom closet at the Weasleys' house, though. buuuut no. Dumbledore just had to abandon Harry in a swamp, instead. Hoooookay.

I took my AP Spanish final today in the form of a practice AP test! luckily, I had studied my idioms the night before and managed to work in a good 7 or so idioms...

6:59 mile. I just barely made my under-7-minutes goal. XD I was happy for about four minutes. And then I realized that I still suck (good time = 5:45). oh well. I will improve over summer hopefully.

Then my coach made me do a 2-mile. That was a terrible, terrible, 16 minutes 6 seconds. I came in last by about 40 seconds, and probably would have gotten a pity clap, but everyone had left by then, haha. And also. I had to pee so badly the whole time!! dsfjkahdsf

I don't feel like blogging about my actual, you know, life, feelings, srs business this week. My brain resembles a panda in a blender held by a vomiting child stuck at the top of a ferris wheel. Instead, I have found the world's worst fanfic!

Am so excited.

And then…………… suddenly just as I Draco kissed me passionately. Draco climbed on top of me and we started to make out keenly against a tree. He took of my top and I took of his clothes. I even took of my bra. Then he put his thingie into my you-know-what and we did it for the first time.

I must preface this entry by announcing: my U.S. History class is useless and it makes me angry. And my other classes are hard. That makes me angry too.

Don’t get me wrong, I like hard classes. I like classes that make me think, and I get irritated when a class is so ridiculously easy that thinking is optional rather than required. Working hard is satisfying.

Except, school isn’t what I want to be working hard on right now. I’d rather be playing piano. I want to sew something so badly. Writing would be nice…webdesign has been no more than a memory for a long time. Right now, sports are what’s keeping me sane. I feel so lopsidedly academic.

I can’t even say that there’s no time. But by Friday night and Saturday, I just don’t feel like doing anything. So what’s making me angry is that not only am I not branching out from school anymore, but that I’m lazy. And that is definitely harder to live with.

Erk.

On a happier note, I’m really excited! In three weeks, I get to visit one of my best friends since kindergarten, Rosie, who moved about four hours away in third grade. She’s an amazing dancer and I get to see her recital. =D

School itself was just meh. We all had to get laptops over the summer, and even though they were a bit heavy, it was cool to be able to go on Livejournal during lunch :3 My Christology teacher (I know...Christology) was giving off strong Umbridge-like vibes; she was very put together in a middle-aged way and she smiled a lot. It was...odd.

On another note, the freshman are, like, the tallest people in the school.

So I'm no longer a high school freshman. As my friend Tim put it, "I can't call you a stupid freshman anymore!" (He's a year ahead of me.)

I'm not that excited yet, actually. Two nights ago I was crying about leaving my Spanish class, but there are definitely classes I'm happy to turn my back on. Eh, I'll get over myself by tomorrow. :p
